Just now, we provide Hario products, Koransha fine Porcelain,
Tokoname Teapot, Marui products, some Jenaer Glas products
& syphon related accessories online shopping via PayPal
secure server. If you would like to purchase above items,
please click on the logos below or go to each page.
(Please note that we only ship to USA & Canada
at this moment. Contact us for shipment availability
if you live outside of North America.).
 
Or you can simply place an order by email (please specify
item number, description, quantity & your shipping
address), then we will send you a PayPal Invoice by email.
The email specifies the total payment amount, the item
being paid for, S&H fees, and other information related
to the payment (e.g. HST will be charged when ship in
British Columbia, Canada). To pay for your order, simply
click the relevant link within the PayPal Invoice email,
the payment will be processed on PayPal's secure servers.

and cannot visit our store
in Vancouver, Canada, or don't want to use the
above payment method, please refer to our Mail
Order Form and price list, then follow the procedures
below to place your orders.

Order Form.
 
- Fill in the information completely, i.e. name, addresses
(must be same as credit card billing address), email,
products, credit card info ect.
- Fax the order form to us at +1 604.277.5870.
- Items will be shipped in next business day (if items
are available in stock) via Canada
Post (Small Packet USA by Air without tracking
number or Expedited parcel with tracking
number). Please note : delivery time will be
5-30 days depends on shipping destination. Usually it
takes 5-12 business days within Canada & the States.
Delivery to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, please
allow 2-4 weeks)

your purchase is shipped.

your oder by phone during our business hours : Tuesday
- Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m Pacific
Time (We are closed on Sundays & Mondays).
Note:
- Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Customers
outside of Canada may still order by credit card (or
Paypal), and the conversion will be done automatically
by the card company.
- Billing address will be used to verify the credit
card holder. Please enter the address appears on your
credit card statement. Please let us know when shipping
address differs from billing address.
- Please refer to the Table
of Shipping & Handling Charge for mail/online
order.
- PST will apply when ship to B.C. address.
- Tea items are not subject to any tax; items sent to
addresses outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian
Taxes.
- Our mail order do not accept return, refund or exchange
